It has been eons since I have posted anything about Marshawn Lynch. Not since he retired from the NFL. No I haven’t forgotten about Mr. Lynch or stopped watching him because he is no longer playing. To me he is the single most interesting character out there.

Yes. I have met him. Charming. Magnetic. Real. Class.

Class? Yes, class.

Because of the American obsession with skin color most see people with obvious African lineage as classy only when they mimic people of obvious European lineage. Well not exactly. Let’s just say black folk dressing, speaking and acting like well-to-do white folk.

But never mind that.

One of the things I most love about Lynch is how real he is and true to himself. Such a damn rarity often unappreciated. Many folks find it downright offensive. I thrive on it.

Here is Marshawn being at his real best. What a classy way to say eff you (my interpretation).

Someone presented Mr. Lynch with a New England Patriots tee for him to sign. If you look closely you can see he has written “Beast Mode U Bitch”. The marks above that are reportedly him scratching out the New England logo and team name Patriots. That’s my man.

Lynch has been in Australia supporting and even doing a bit of working out with the Cal football team acting as scout team running back, Cal being his alma mater. But he also launched Beast Mode Australia. Browse Beast Mode Online here.

Oh, and in his spare time Shawn worked out with a professional rugby team too. Go to Sports Illustrated to see a video of it »

It’s about that action boss.
